Join us for a meet up of Berlin’s start up scene at a comedy show full of some of brightest comedy stars. It’s an English language event for afterwork drinks and laughs. Most of the comedians on this show work in tech, so why not cater it to the ever-growing start up community in Berlin?

It’s a donation-based event (FREE entry!) So come have fun at lovely Scotch & Sofa Bar conveniently located at Senerfelderplatz in Prenzlauerberg.

The show consists of three experienced/professional comedians doing longer sets. Hosted by the Chuckleheads: Karl Floitgraf Comedy and Daniel Gutierrez

The Line up:

David Hailey
David Hailey is a seasoned comedian that has headlined on various stages across the world, from California to Asia, before calling Berlin home. He is known for his jovial take on everyday life and quick wit.
He also hates swans, for no justifiable reason

Carmen Chraim
Carmen Chraim is a beloved comedian in the Berlin English comedy scene. Born and raised in Lebanon, she wins over crowds with her high energy presence & rapid fire anecdotes. With a strong scientific mind, she’s an engineer by day and a sassy comedian by night! Carmen also produces several popular comedy nights in Berlin such as: Comedy auf Deuglish at Vétomat & Teepeeland “Stands up” .

James Wright
James started with the funnies when he accidently wondered onto a comedy stage in China and refused to leave. With his personal stories of woe, heart ache and injury from his life, bizarre ideas and thoughts that occupy the space between his flying Disney Elephant sized ears he wins the hearts and souls of audiences. Well ok not so much hearts and souls and more leaves them with a joy filled sense of schadenfreude. But the biggest questions audiences should be asking will he or won’t he wear a coat. He wont it’s hot.

We have limited space and expect a crowd on this debut show, so make sure you arrive early to get good seats!
