Drunk Classics: The Lion King

The Lion King, because the circle of life deserves a little chaos.

Drunk Classics is a misguided, semi-improvised show where we attempt to retell a classic story based on your suggestions, and things usually spiral out of control. Especially because we give you a bell to stop the action and make the players drink. Expect 1/3 original story, 1/3 commentary on the story, 1/3 pure improv, and 1/3 drinking and chaos.

It all takes place in the glorious 800a space in Wedding, where our bond is as strong as Simba and Nala’s friendship. And since the Pankstr. shelters are no longer an option, this is where the adventure happens.

Since our shows are popular and seats are limited, we kindly ask that you cancel your reservation if your plans change, so someone else can enjoy the show. Please note that we’ll release unclaimed reservations shortly before the show starts, so be sure to arrive on time!

If you receive ALG1, Bürgergeld, or are currently a student (including improv students), you’re definitely eligible. Are you part of the gig economy, engaged in unpaid care work, or do you have to visit the Ausländerbörde more than once every two years?
