October 18: *Solo Special* Anna Beros – High Hoe
Playfully pegging social norms from behind, Anna fondles the sticky issues with honest loving standup and playful audience interaction. Would a hoe by any other name stank as sweet? Can we reward ourselves without rimming junkiedom? What’s up with narcissists? How much motherhood can you afford?
After a successful full run at Edinburgh Fringe 2025 and a Germany-Luxembourg tour, High Hoe is Anna’s 3rd solo show following Creampie Curious and Creampie Clarity, which both also had successful festival runs at Edinburgh Fringe, Adelaide Fringe, Melbourne International Comedy Festival and Leicester Comedy Festival 2023-2024.
Anna’s a Kiwi born, Melbourne raised, Berlin based full-time standup comedian, YouTube host, podcaster and producer. She tours Europe and produces and hosts 5 weekly shows in Berlin. She opened for Jeff Arcuri at Admiralspalast in 2025, for April Macie on US army bases in Germany in 2024 and for Ian Fidance in Berlin in 2019. She hosts the comedy channel, Ersties Nonsense, has the podcast Adults ONLY Comedy Berlin and has written for Comedy Central DE.
