This show features a bunch of female comedians from all over the world, laughing off the common problems: Germans, dating, bureaucracy, and German dating bureaucracy. Come to the show to laugh at your worries with a diverse lineup of performers, some experienced, some new – and a top headliner rounding up each show. And you can spend the whole evening with us at Sisyfass, because in addition to a good mood and a cozy atmosphere, we also offer original drinks and food. You can just sip a cocktail or a beer, relax, eat something tasty and enjoy the show. Show will consist of 2 halves with an interval.

Host is the new shining star of the Berlin comedy scene – Tom Strissel, a semi-finalist in the 2024 Berlin New Standup Award and a recurring member of the Berlin-based sketch comedy group “Fuster Clucks”.

Wise Fools is a comedy show that pits the skills of Berlin’s best stand up comedians against some of the oldest questions in humanity.

The role of the fool in society has been a long and noble one with the occasional fart joke tossed in for good measure. Wise Fools is an English comedy show that aims to take the foolhardy honesty and observational acumen of the comedian and aim it squarely at some of the biggest questions and topics to haunt the minds of great thinkers over the last two thousand years or so. The results may not go down in the annals of philosophy but they should amount to a show packed with philosophically tinged funnies with a smidge of thought provocation thrown in as well.

Expect to see English stand-up comedians debate each other and defend positions where more distinguished and slightly more deceased minds have failed, or take your chance to fill the role of the big dude himself and see if you can’t ‘Socratic-method’ one of Berlin’s finest comics into a puddle of existential tears under a hail of incisive or not so incisive audience questions/heckles.

Nya Yeanafehn is a multifaceted performer based in Berlin. He started stand up in the comedy mecca known as New York City. Known for his funny perspectives on life, love, and cultural differences. Nya performed all over Europe and continues to. He’s performed in numerous films, television shows, and stage productions as well.
