Emin Afandi is a Berlin-based comedian originally from Azerbaijan. Known for his sharp and sexy stand-up, Emin’s comedy often draws comparisons to Joan Rivers and Ali Wong, particularly for his adeptness at weaving sexual themes into complex political and social discussions. Emin has traveled extensively and performed in many countries across Europe, enhancing his exposure and experience in diverse comedic environments. She was nominated for Manchester’s Women in Comedy Festival Awards as Best Newcomer in 2024 and has opened for a variety of comedians across Europe such as Dragos Christian, Rob Anderson & Elena Gabrielle.

VERY NICE! Comedy Show – Dinara Kerey and Nya Yeanafehn (Work-in-Progress)

Stand-up comedy is not an easy path to pursue. Writing minute by minute for months and commuting from show to show every night to try five minutes on stage is a challenge. All of these experiences are the building blocks of a polished comedy hour that every comedian strives to create in their career. A Work-in-Progress show is a great opportunity for comedians to try longer sets and build a cohesive story. Come and be a part of our journey before Netflix calls us and offers way too little money for our precious jokes!

Dinara Kerey is a Kazakhstani comedian currently based in Berlin. In a show that’s completely improvised, anything can happen!

🔮 HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

When booking your ticket, simply answer “yes” when asked if you’d like to be entered into the raffle for a live tarot reading. The night of the show we’ll choose names out of a hat randomly. If your name gets chosen, you get to go up on stage for your live tarot reading!
