Welcome to Comedy Bazaar – a new monthly comedy night in English where the finest international comedians, newcomers & storytellers come together to sell you their art with love.
Join us every first Friday of the month at the fabulous Das Gift in Neukölln as we bring together seasoned and fresh off the oven comedians for an unforgettable evening of hilarity! Same host (Anshita Koul), dazzling lineup and a new headliner every show! The lineup will be announced on Instagram and Facebook, closer to the day of the show.
Doors open at 7 pm. Show starts at 7.45 pm. Show will be presented in 2 halves with an interval. The tickets are always cheaper online than at the door. We accept both cash and card, but cash is preferred.

About your host :
Anshita Koul is a Berlin based, internationally touring standup comedian from India. They are also the co-founder of Clit Comedy Club and Festrogen Comedy Festival in Luxembourg. When she is not touring, she is performing, hosting and producing two comedy shows in Berlin Comedy Bazaar Berlin and Word On The Street (BIPOC/Queer Comedy Lineup) at Tipsy Bear Berlin. They also teach virtual and in-person joke writing workshops for individuals and organizations. Anshita made her debut in the standup world from the Indian reality TV show Queens of Comedy in 2017 and they were also seen opening the Funny Women Stage Awards 2022 in the UK, as the only comedian from Europe who made it to the finals. Anshita is currently on tour with their solo hour LITTLE TOO MUCH that they recently performed at Copenhagen Pride Stage and that also get a press mention in The Leipzig Glocal –
You can also catch Anshita fine tuning her new comedy and storytelling Work-In-Progress hour WHERE IS YOUR HUSBAND at Das Gift, every third Friday of the month, before it hits the road in 2025 for a year long tour. “How long is the show?”
The show is about 90 – 120 minutes long with a 10-12 minutes break in between.
“Why should we come early?”
It’s better for people to come early to have time to enjoy some nice drinks without rushing, have a smoke and get the preferred seats.
